Ticket Policies
Valparaiso University students may reserve tickets for concerts, plays, musicals, or dance performances by filling out a reservation form online for music and theatre events or in the Center for the Arts administrative office. If reserving in person, students must present ID at the time of reservation. Tickets will be held at the Box Office Will Call and must be claimed immediately prior to the performance. Reserved complimentary tickets will be released to the public by the Box Office if not claimed at least 15 minutes prior to the performance, per the ticket policy.
Professors requiring students to attend performances for a class must make reservations by emailing the Box Office manager at (please provide student names). To ensure seating, requests must be received at least two weeks in advance of a production. Tickets will be reserved under individual students’ names for pick up the day of performance.
Faculty and staff may reserve tickets for concerts, plays, musicals, or dance performances by filling out a reservation form online for music and theatre events or in the Center for the Arts administrative office. For general Center for the Arts-sponsored events, groups of 10-50 people may reserve seats together and receive a $3 discount per ticket. Group reservations must be made by emailing the Box Office Manager () at least two weeks prior to the opening of the production. All group tickets must be paid in full and picked up from the Box Office at least 24 hours in advance of the selected production.
Unless otherwise announced, theatre productions are not recommended for children under the age of 12. For more information call the Box Office. Ticket pricing for children may vary by performance.
