Entertainment Production Minor

Why Entertainment Production at Valpo?

The theatre department is open to students of all majors and encourages broad participation in campus theatre life. It supports minors pursuing arts-related careers, students fulfilling general education or liberal arts interests, and those engaging in co-curricular productions for personal enrichment.

About our Entertainment Production Degree

The department welcomes students of all majors to be involved in theatre life on campus. The department balances its resources to serve:

  • Minors who are preparing for careers in the arts or in industries where knowledge of theatre production is required;
  • Students who take the academic courses to meet the general education requirements or who find courses in drama and dance to be attractive components of a liberal arts education; and
  • Students who participate in faculty-supervised co-curricular theatre and dance productions as a way of enriching their lives.
