Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. (CST) and we’re location in the Phyllis & Richard Duesenberg Welcome Center.

If you are a prospective student, please work with Admissions regarding any questions you may have. You can also schedule your campus visit here.

Overview

No appointments necessary. If you are not able to visit our office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on a weekday you may call us at 219.464.5015. Most questions and concerns can be addressed in a phone conversation with one of our staff if you are able to call between these hours.

After hours, our number has a voice mail option to allow you to leave a message at any time day or night. Follow the voice mail prompt and press 1 to leave a message with your student ID and the best phone number and time you can be reached, or;
Send an email to if you have more detailed questions and receive a reply within 24 hours, excluding weekend, or;
Fax us at 219.464.5012, and;
If needed, it may also be possible to arrange an appointment for after hours, given some advance notice. You should email the Office of Financial Aid with your request and provide a brief statement about your concerns and/or questions. A response will be sent within 24 hours about the possibility of an appointment.
