Instructions for Guests

Guests attending Valparaiso University’s commencement ceremonies should arrive at the Athletics-Recreation-Center with their ticket (printed or electronic) and enter through the south doors. Guest tickets will be scanned upon arrival, and attendees should proceed directly to available seating. Programs will be accessible digitally via QR code for convenient viewing during the event.

Guest Instructions

Guest should arrive with their ticket (electronically or printed) to the south doors to the Athletics Recreation Center. The south doors are the main doors facing Union Street. Guest tickets will be scanned upon arrival and after arriving guests should proceed into the arena and find a seat.  Programs will be available for viewing on any electronic device able to read a QR code.
