Every year, President Mark Heckler and Provost Mark Schwehn help support the World Relief Campaign with a friendly competition. This year they will be participating in the Water Games Olympiad, along with other professors and students.
The Olympiad will consist of a speed walk around 5 cones with a bowl of water on your head, a water balloon toss, and water balloon archery. The winner gets to do a victory dousing of their opponent with the infamous Gatorade water cooler. Participants must raise $40 to partake in the Olympiad.
You can donate by bringing money to the Chapel View Lounge from April 8-12. Students can participate in groups of three and sign up in the Chapel View Lounge. Professors can sign up by emailing grace.shemwell@valpo.edu or abigail.blake@valpo.edu. Visit the World Relief Campaign website here.
