Fitness Center Classes
This is a high-intensity workout all on a stationary bike. The class focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, sprints, & climbs. This class is designed for everyone from beginners to the more advanced riders. This class is cardio-based and will make you sweat, so bring lots of water. Get ready to party it up as you ride with the music blasting and in the dark!
Body Blast is a high-intensity interval training through a series of fast-paced exercises with a mix of bodyweight, weighted, and banded exercises. Each 1-hour class will incorporate a full-body workout, including a warm-up, conditioning, and cool-down stretch. Whether a beginner or an athlete, this class will challenge you to reach your peak performance! Come join if you’re looking to push yourself, break a sweat, and have fun!
This class ranges from simple vinyasa flows to an occasional power yoga session. Here we draw on the strength in our bodies and learn to focus our breath as we practice poses in a rhythmic flow. Come as you are to be present with your body, mind and breath to notice how they support you every day. Mats are provided, or you can bring your own. Throw on some comfortable clothes and meet me in child’s pose.
*Yoga has a limit of 12 people.
If you’re looking for a fun way to relax and do yoga, try Paddleboard Yoga! This is a quick 30-minute class where you’ll be practicing on paddleboards in the comfort of the indoor pool. The water adds a little extra challenge so you’ll work on balance and core strength while moving through different poses. No experience is necessary!
