After making its debut at Notre Dame\u2019s Robotic Football Combine in March, Valpo\u2019s team defeated Notre Dame in a dominant match in September. The robotic football team allows students to combine engineering knowledge with athletic competition to build teamwork skills, make new friends, and have fun. It includes specialty robots including quarterback, running back, center, and kicker. With access to the College of Engineering\u2019s manufacturing lab, students were able to create several of the robots\u2019 operating parts on campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
