About Our Human Resources Minor

A Human Resources (HR) minor equips you with a strong foundation to work in HR departments or other areas of business. By developing highly transferable skills—such as communication, conflict resolution, and team dynamics—it enhances your effectiveness in nearly any role, especially those involving leadership or collaboration.
