The Bach Institute at Valparaiso University is honored to host the boys choir of St. Thomas Church in Leipzig, Germany, as it kicks off its United States tour on Saturday, Nov. 2. The St. Thomas Boys’ Choir, or the Thomanerchor, has a history that spans more than 800 years and is Leipzig’s oldest cultural institution.
The Thomanerchor will perform in the Chapel of the Resurrection at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2. Tickets are available now at valpo.edu/thearts or 219.464.5162; cost is $40 for reserved seating, $20 for adult general admission, and $15 for senior and student general admission.
