The STEM Faire is a joint venture between SWE (Society of Women Engineers), Valpo Robotics, IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), and the College of Engineering. This event aims to bring together Northwestern Indiana’s thinkers and innovators for a day of discovery and sharing. There will also be some good Robotic Football just for the fun of it!

This event is the perfect field trip for a class or STEM organization! The STEM Faire is completely free! Come and browse the faire, watch some robotic football, and have a good time!
If your organization enjoys participating in STEM Outreach, you can register for a booth, and showcase your projects or run interactive projects at the event! Registration is currently open! See the link towards the top of the page!
Last Year at STEM Faire
We had around 500 people show up and participate at last years STEM Faire!
Booths of all kinds – from elementary school kids showing off their science project to VU student organization letting attendees build boats to hold pennies to R2-D2 roaming the Faire taking photos with everyone!
We hosted the second annual Robotic Football Playoffs with Notre Dame, Purdue Polytechnic Kokomo, and Ohio Norther. The Fighting Irish took home the Brian Hederman Memorial Trophy.
We want to expand and make this years even better! We can only do that with your help!

It is at the Athletic Recreation Center on the campus of Valparaiso University.
From 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm booths and events will be hapenning through out the building.
The fun is not limited to those running booths – There is so much to see and learn!
