WHAT: Valparaiso University’s annual Chinese New Year Celebration, featuring a meal, performances, music, and dance. Dinner includes spicy beef, Gongbao chicken, fried rice, vegetable delights, and more. The event is co-sponsored by the Valparaiso University Chinese Student Association, the Confucius Institute at Valparaiso University, and the Chinese and Japanese Studies Program.
